Watch: Yasir Shah almost sends McCullum to hospital
Australia’s domestic T20 tournament Big Bash League (BBL) is on full swing, with teams sweating hard to compete. However, the event also has witnessed many funny incidents as well and one such incident happened on Friday when Perth Scorchers faced Brisbane Heat.
During the match, Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah fielded nicely but his return throw went haywire. The 32-year-old, who dived to stop the ball, threw the ball as he tried to get up but it hit Heat’s skipper Brendon McCullum on the head. Thankfully, there was no speed in the throw and both the players laughed it off.
The two overseas players represent Brisbane Heat in the Australian cricket league. Both players also play for Lahore Qalanders in Pakistan Super League.
