Samsung lovers brace yourselves, as after dealing with battery issues in Galaxy Note 7, the newly launched Galaxy Note 8 is having battery troubles now.

After suffering from battery issues with Samsung's previous version of Note, the Galaxy Note 7, users are now experiencing issues with Galaxy Note 8 battery. Numerous Samsung Galaxy Note 8 users have complained that their phones have stopped charging.

The issue comes to action when the phone’s battery is completely drained to zero percent and eventually shuts down. But, it doesn’t start up again when users try to charge it, even if it’s left overnight, it doesn’t charge at all.

Samsung ups its game by giving Galaxy Note 8 to 200 air passengers

Samsung received dozens of complains each stating the same issue. One user wrote on Samsung’s help forum, “I have tried three different power cables and cords but nothing. I charged overnight and still nothing. Completely dead. Phone still looks brand new because I bought a rugged case for it. I’ve treated it like a newborn baby so it must be defective.”

According to Business Insider, the company’s employees have offered repairs and replacement devices for the customers having trouble with the phone if they are under warranty. Samsung stated, “We have yet to get any official report for this matter and are unable to comment until we obtain more specific information of the device. Any customers with a similar matter are encouraged to contact Samsung.” However, this issue is currently limited to certain devices and is not widespread, reported Tech Radar.

Previously, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 also went through serious battery issues where the phones were blowing up. The company had no choice but to stop manufacturing the phone and recall the already manufactured phones.
