Another child dies of measles

LARKANA: Another child expired of measles at village Faqeerpur near Madeji on Tuesday bringing the number of victims to three.

Five-year Samiya Brohi, daughter of Sanaullah Brohi was taken to nearby hospitals by the parents but she could not survive.

Three days before, two other kids also expired in the same village but despite such a tragic loss the health department has yet to take efforts to vaccine children in the affected village.

Over 50 children have been affected in that and other nearby villages, said local sources.
