Copper ended up for a third straight day on Tuesday, extending a bounce from last week's five-month low, as robust Chinese and US economic data restored some of last week's fleeting confidence and risk appetite. In New York, the July COMEX copper contract rose 2.55 cents to settle at $4.0420 per lb.
