Inspector General, National Highways and Motorway Police Zafarullah Khan has inducted a patient of Thalassemia as Senior Patrol Officer (SPO) for one day in NH&MP. Muhammad Faizan Raza, 17, a student of second year of Diploma in Associate Engineering & Information Technology, is a patient of Thalassemia since two years and desired to be inducted into NH&MP for one day.
IG NH&MP Zafarullah Khan accepted his offer and order to induct him as Senior Patrol Officer (SPO) for one day in NH&MP. Wednesday, his shoulders were decorated with the stars of SPO. IG NH&MP Zafarrullah Khan and DIG Motorways Dr Muhammad Shafiq pinned the badges of SPOs. The IG NH&MP Zafarrullah Khan while talking to media said that Faizan would perform the duties of SPO on motorways.-PR
