ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will organize a function here on Thursday (tomorrow) to commemorate "International Disability Day''.
Officials of the Commission, members of civil society organizations, disabled men and women will attend the ceremony. The purpose of observing the day is to make the disabled persons aware about importance of the vote and add them to electoral system.
