SU conducts pre-entry test

The University of Sindh conducted pre-entry test for admissions to M.Phil in Business Administration, Microbiology, Physiology and Pharmacology disciplines, here on Sunday. The test was conducted by Sindh University Testing Centre at the varsity's Senate Hall.
The test paper comprised of 100 MCQ type questions, answered by the candidates on OMR answer sheet in one and half-hour. Four blocks were set up to conduct the test, which was monitored by the deans of faculties, Professor Dr Anwar Ali Shah, Dr Abdulah Dayo and Director Dr M.A Kazi Institute of Chemistry, Dr Abdul Shakoor Qureshi. Registrar of the University, Dr Muhammad Kalhoro, Director Graduates Studies, Dr Muhammad Raees Ahmed and Director Testing Centre, Dr Muhammad Suleman Shaikh supervised the arrangements.
Total 121 candidates had submitted their admission forms for the test, of which 116 appeared. 71 candidates submitted admissions forms for M.Phil in Business Administration, 21 candidates for Microbiology, 18 candidates for Physiology and 11 candidates submitted forms for a test for Pharmacology discipline.
The interview of qualifying candidates in the disciplines of Business Administration, Microbiology and Physiology will be conducted on Monday at 12.30 noon at the offices of the deans concerned. The interview of qualifying candidates for Pharmacology will be conducted on Friday at the offices of the concerned deans.
