The Lahore High Court Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry asked the newly elected body of the Lahore High Court Bar Association to serve the community rising above its personal liking and disliking but to the best interest of the bar. The CJ while meeting with the bar delegation here on Saturday congratulated the elected body and said, it was great honour to represent the city lawyers and their office demanded of them greater responsibility and service.
The President of the Bar Asghir Ali Gill, Vice-President Mian Jahangir, Secretary Arshad Malik Awan and the Finance Secretary Mian Muhammad Azam met the CJ here on Saturday and spent some time with him. The CJ during the meeting told them that their new assignment is a test for them and hard-work and dedication were the name of success.
