SKMCH&RC was presented the World Health Organisation's UAE Foundation Prize for 'Outstanding work in health development that has already been accomplished and that has extended far beyond the call of normal duties' in 2006. SKMCH&RC was awarded for its humanitarian efforts on the 27th Award Ceremony of the Human Rights Society of Pakistan in 2008.
SKMCH&RC was awarded the Corporate Excellence Award by the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) in 2010. SKMCH&RC was awarded the ISO 9001-2000 certification for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Cancer Services in 2007 (Original Certification: 2001). The Departments of Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, Pathology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology are recognised by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan.
SKMCH&RC has been affiliated with the University of Bradford (UK) for B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Imaging since 2007. The Food and Dietary Service of SKMCH&RC was awarded the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certification (HACCP) in 2008.
