Bajwa devises a unique method to appease Gilani: Pakistan Census focusing on Multan district

Secretary Statistic Division Asif Bajwa on Thursday devised a unique method to appease the Prime Minister by making his presentation on Pakistan Census 2011 Multan specific. He started his presentation during a seminar on Pakistan Census 2011 focusing on Multan district, and gave details of roads that lead to Multan even not spearing the graveyards and colonies named after Gilanis in the city of saints.
Bajwa was so Multan specific that the Prime Minister in his speech have to make it clear that "not all the roads lead to Multan." Prime Minister Gilani referring to the Google images of Multan said he was born in Karachi, adding he was proud to be associated to the historic city of Multan that was as old as Damascus. The secretary statistic division showed satellite images of Multan, with Geographic Information System (GIS) data, giving details of health services being provided or would be available to the biggest district of southern Punjab.
