TURBAT: Funeral prayers of 15 people martyred by terrorists near Turbat offered at FC Headquarters here Thursday.
Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri, Commander Southern Command Lt General Asim Saleem Bajwa, former Chief Minister Dr. Malik Baloch, provincial ministers, MPAs, IG Police Moazzam Jah Ansari, IG FC south Major General Sardar Tariq Aman, senior civil and military officers, political and social leaders, Faisal Edhi and people attended in large numbers.
Later these bodies were airlifted by C-130 to Lahore from Lahore these would be sent to their native areas. Meanwhile security conference was held at FC Headquarters under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri and Commander Southern Command Lt General Asim Saleem Bajwa.
Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti, provincial minister Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Senator Agha Shah Zeb Durrani, MPA Akbar Askani, IG FC South Major General Sardar Tariq Aman, IG Police Moazzam Jan Ansari, Commissioner Mekran Division and senior civil and military officers attended.
Security meeting reviewed in details overall law and order situation in Mekran division particularly killing of 15 people by terrorists.
Security institutions briefed the meeting.
It was resolved that no effort would be spared to take elements to task who targeted innocent people, workers and labourers through acts of terrorism. Conspiracies against CPEC and other projects would be foiled and their completion would be ensured in time.
Meeting directed law enforcement agencies to further taking actions against terrorists still coordinated and effective. Speaker to Newsmen Chief Minister said that terrorism was being committed in Balochistan form across the border with an aim to sabotage CPEC and development process.
However those creating law and order situation would be dealt with iron hands and strict action would be taken against elements becoming danger for life and property of people ad challenging government writ.
Chief Minister said that freedom cannot be achieved by killing poor and labourers. Coward terrorist if have courage then come forward and fight instead of remaining in hiding. Targetting poor and laboruers is cowardice.
He said law and order situation is better compared to past and would not be allowed to go to 2012 position. Answering a question he said announcement of BLF Commander for targeting Hasil Bizenjo and Dr Abdul Malik Baloch is condemnable.
Coward terrorists cannot frighten us from their threats. Government has ordered law enforcement agencies to take BLF Commander to task at the earliest.
Former Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said that deteriorating situation in Mekran Division is a planed conspiracy so that CPEC projects are foiled.
But coalition government headed by Nawab Sanaullah Zehri would not be frightened of terrorists acts and we would not let Mekran Davison go to insurgency. Development projects would be completed by continuing political activities.
Dr Malik Baloch condemning Turbat incident termed killing of innocent people as great sin. He also condemned process of stopping transportation of newspaper sin Baloch areas and said it would be loss to our own people.
