KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was stable on Monday and was forecast to strengthen due to dollar inflows from offshore investors taking part in a Treasury bill auction this week.

At 0945 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,640/3,650 to the dollar, the same level as Friday's close.
