Punjab Chief Minster Shahbaz Sharif met Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani at the Army House on Monday, sources told Business Recorder. They exchanged views regarding the on-going terrorist activities across the country particularly recent suicide bomb explosion in Lahore.
