Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi's team of four undergraduate students reached the finals of the Copenhagen Business School Case Competition 2010. An announcement of the institution here on Monday said that in the undergraduate case competition, the IBA team secured second position.
It said that the team was among the top 12 business schools selected from around the world to battle it out in an intense 32 hours of case solving. The competition included the likes of Georgetown, NUS, SSE, University of Southern California, Foster and Richard Ivey School of business among others.
The IBA team included Danish Amjad, the team lead, Faria Sami, Qurrat ul Ain Shattari and Mahad Asim. Through out the programme the students had tremendous opportunity to interact with the Danish students and business community. Among the highlights was the dinner at the Carlsberg building with distinguished guests including Princess Marie and Prince Juachim, ambassadors and the Danish business industry heads.
