SHANGHAI: Chinese shares dipped 0.29 percent in morning trade on Friday, as investors waited for further moves from the government to boost the slowing domestic economy, dealers said.
The Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, was down 7.02 points at 2,390.53.
