KARACHI: Federal Government has approved Securities (Leverage Markets and Pledging) Rules 2011 which govern margin trading system, margin financing securities lending and borrowing and pledging mechanisms.
The Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has despatched these rules to Karachi Stock Exchange for implementation.
