PESHAWAR: Two alleged dacoits and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) were killed while three police personnal of the elite force sustained injuries during an encounter at Jarroba area in Nowshara, police said Saturday.
The police on a tip-off raided hideouts of dacoits Jahingar and Zarshad in district Nowshera and in the ensued encounter both the culprits were killed.
ASI Zahir Ali embraced martyrdom while Sajjad, Raiz and Zafar sustained injuries during the encounter. The injured personal were shifted to LRH Peshawar.
