Football Challenge Cup: PPWD eliminate Pak Steel 2-1

Pakistan Public Works Department (PPWD) became the eight and last quarter-finalist when they edged out luckless Pak Steel 2-1 to complete frame of quarter-finals of National Football Challenge Cup 2008. The quarterfinal will be comprised of five Karachi based teams plus one each from Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore.
The quarterfinal line-up is as Habib Bank Limited (HBL) v Pakistan Navy, Karachi Port Trust (KPT) v Khan Research Laboratories (KRL), National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) v PPWD, Pakistan Wapda v KESC.
