HOUSTON: Royal Dutch Shell Plc was preparing on Monday to restart, as early as Wednesday, the heavy oil hydrocracking unit (HCU) at its 235,000 barrel per day (bpd) Convent, Louisiana, refinery, sources familiar with plant operations said on Monday.
The Convent refinery was also restarting the 12,000 bpd isomerization unit on Monday after it tripped offline earlier in the day, the sources said.
