Countrywide rain forecast

The Meteorolog-ical Department on Sunday forecast scattered rain, dust and thunderstorm with isolated heavy falls in Punjab, Kashmir, south-eastern Sindh, NWFP and eastern Balochistan during the next 24 hours. While, weather would remain partly cloudy with chances of dust and thunderstorm rain in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Murree and Muzaffarabad.
The Met department said that rain and dust with thunderstorm occurred at scattered places of Punjab, NWFP, north Balochistan and Kashmir during the last 24 hours. The temperature in major cities were: Islamabad 33OC, Lahore 33OC, Karachi 33OC, Peshawar 35OC, Muzaffarabad 34OC, Quetta 39OC, Multan 37OC and Murree 23OC on Sunday.
