AJK Premier Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has said that some 656 skilled training centers would be established in the liberated territory and in this connection, all high schools premises would be utilised in the evening shift.
Addressing a vocational training workshop held here on Monday organised by Khadmat-e-Khalaq foundation, the AJK prime minister said, we have opened 16 skilled training centers for men and women in AJK while 656 more skilled training centers would also be established in the area very soon.
Forest Minister Syed Ghulam Murtaza Geelani, Social Welfare Minister Muhatarma Shama Malik, first lady Rizwana Attique and representatives of different NGOs were also present on the occasion.
The AJK prime minister said that we will encourage the womenfolk of the area to come forward and work for the economic stability of the liberated territory. He was of the view that women should work in every field of life for the socio-economic uplift.
Attique said under the new plan, primary education is being handed over to female teachers to achieve the progress in the education sector. He further said that skilled women would also be provided interest free loans to establish their business close to their homes.
