SCBA not to participate in APC

Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) is not participating in APC scheduled on July 07 and 08 in London, as it had not received any invitation from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). While talking to newsmen, Secretary SCBA Zulfiqar Ali Bokhari said that they were waiting invitation from PML-N but till now they did not receive the same.
He said that SCBA has performed a vital role in struggle aimed at independence of judiciary and revival of Chief Justice Pakistan, but APC management committee ignored SCBA and did not call it to attend the APC. Now it is not possible for them to join APC even if they received the invitation, as it is not possible to complete formalities for getting UK visa.
