PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has directed to hand over the completed mini projects of hydel power generation to the relevant communities adding that the provincial Ministers and MPAs should start inaugurating different projects in energy, health, education, public health etc.
He directed for the proper monitoring of the projects and added that he would soon visit different districts for inauguration of projects and resolving the people problems during his visit, he added.
He was presiding over a high level meeting which was attended by Provincial Ministers and administrative secretaries.
The Chief Minister directed to properly display the raw sites of hydel power generation. The meeting was told about different phases of hydel power generation having the capacity of producing 840 mega watt of electricity.
Pervez Khattak directed to plan the feasible projects in energy adding that his government was committed to use each and every drop of water both for hydel power generation and agriculture productivity.
The Chief Minister asked about the solarization of mosques and villages and directed for acceleration on these projects.
Pervez Khattak revealed the signing of 300 Mega Watt electricity projects at Balakot and directed to finalize arrangements in this regard.
He directed for foolproof arrangements for the Beijing Road Show adding that the projects with the capacity to produce 4000 Mega Watt of electricity would be inked soon.
