The world's biggest park would be established on the Malir River bed in Karachi. A meeting was held at the Governor House here on Thursday in which the initial phase of setting up of the " River Valley Park" was reviewed.
Governor Sindh, Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan, who was in the chair, issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials for preparing the financial plan of the project.
He pointed out that government has made a significant headway regarding the establishment of parks and gardens in the metropolis. Family parks, Clifton Beach Park and Bagh-i-Ibne Qasim are some of the examples in this respect.
