A memorandum of understanding was signed between Intel Pakistan Corporation along with one of its premium providers (IPP) and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) to facilitate Raffles desktop PCs and HP/Apple MAC laptops to the bank's credit card customers in Pakistan.
According to an Intel's spokesman here on Monday, Shahzad Hameed, General Manager, credit cards and personal loans Standard, Chartered Bank, and Naila Kassim, World Ahead Manager, Pakistan and Bangladesh, Intel Pakistan Corporation, signed the MoU. Also present on the occasion were Hasan Zia Syed, Head of Co-Brand and Alliance, Standard Chartered Bank and Kamil Khan, Business Manager, credit cards, Standard Chartered Bank and Ibrahim Qureshi, Chief Executive Officer Raffles Pvt Ltd. These laptops and desktop PCs would also be available on loan and on ready cash.
