Farooq Rahmatullah, Director General, Civil Aviation Authority & M. Shoaib Khan Country Sales Executive, IBM signed an agreement on Saturday at Headquarters Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for the consultancy of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation in CAA.
CAA in its quest of modernisation and automation is embarking on an historical journey of implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for their customer's benefit and satisfaction.
This is a strategic initiative and will help CAA in making its systems effective, improving controls, enhancing transparency, providing online information for decision making and improving the efficiency of its staff. CAA has selected IBM as their strategic partners in this journey and IBM by using its internationally proven methodology will support CAA.-PR
