Islamabad Council of World Affairs delegation arrives
BEIJING: A 13-member delegation of Islamabad Council of World Affairs arrived here Monday morning.
The weeklong goodwill visit is a part of the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of establishment of Pak-China diplomatic relations.
The delegation is led by Ambassador (r) Khalid Mehmood, while the members included former diplomats, representatives from civil society and businessmen.
Besides, Beijing, the delegation will also visit Shanghai and Shandong province.
The Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIAF) has arranged to hold a joint seminar with the delegation on Pakistan-China cooperation in Beijing Tuesday.
The delegation is visiting at the invitation of CPIAF.
