KARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul- Ebad Khan has expressed his deep sorrow and condolence over the demise of former chairperson of PPP Begum Nusrat Bhutto and declared a day of mourning on Monday.

"He has also announced a province wide holiday on Monday for all the public and private academic institutions," the spokesman of Governor House told APP on Sunday.
