It has been an old practice that Rishwat was given to government officials/organisations, including the tax department in cash or by some other system.
Now Rishwat is being given to doctors, with new cars for promoting their ineffective cheap pharmaceutical products for patients. For the first time low standard drugs/medicines are being given to patients, who hence always remain ill, thus minting money.
The Ministry of Health should take care of these drugs. The pharmaceutical companies are making huge profits. Doctors should be warned.
