ALCAÑIZ: Britain's Sam Lowes moved up to third in the Moto2 championship standings with his second victory of the season at the Aragon Grand Prix on Sunday.
Lowes started on pole and led from start to finish as Spain's Alex Marquez pipped Italian Franco Morbidelli for second place.
Defending champion Johann Zarco retains his lead in the overall standings by just a point over Spaniard Alex Rins after finishing eighth.
Rins came in sixth to sit 39 points clear of Lowes.
"That was one of my best ever rides," said Lowes.
"Maybe it just gives a little bit of hope to the championship with four races to go."
