ISLAMABAD: PPP Senator Sabir Baloch, welcomed the Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani's visit to Quetta and said he is making frequent visits to Balochistan to supervise development projects himself and address the issues of the province, which will definitely lessen the sense of deprivation in the Baloch people.
Talking to Radio Pakistan on Wednesday he said that present government under the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari addressed Balochistan's long outstanding issues.
He said Baloch youth are getting services in government departments under Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan package.
Baloch said that provinces have been given their rights under the 18th amendment, which is major achievement of the PPP government.
He said Baloch people have now representation in Pakistan Army, which is good development for the Balochistan and country.
