MULTAN: MPA Aamir Saeed Ansari and District Officer Environment Zafar Iqbal visited tyre shops here on Tuesday.
The team led by the MPA also collected water samples to detect presence of dengue virus and sent to labs.
The team visited shops situated at BCG chowk, Vehari road and General Bus Stand and directed shopkeepers to ensure spray in their shops to get rid of dengue virus.
The DO environment also informed shopkeepers that the government had imposed section 144 and warned shopkeepers to follow law; otherwise, action would be taken against them.
