ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the Inquiry Commission on Abbottabad Operation was held in the Cabinet Division on Tuesday under the Chairmanship of Justice Javed Iqbal, Former Senior Judge of the Supreme Court and the President of the Commission.

The meeting was attended by Abbas Khan, IG (R), Ashraf Jehangir Qazi, and Lt Gen (R) Nadeem Ahmed Members of the Commission, said a press release issued here.

The Commission conducted exhaustive interviews of Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Acting Director General, Intelligence Bureau and Acting Director General, FIA who gave their perspective of the Abbottabad operation.

It will meet again on Wednesday (12-10-2011) and record the statements of Director General Military Intelligence, GHQ, Rawalpindi and Inspector General Police, KPK, Peshawar.
