TRG announces acquisition of TeleSpectrum

The Resource Group ("TRG") on Wednesday announced the acquisition of TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc. TeleSpectrum, is one of the twenty largest call center companies in North America.
Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TeleSpectrum employs over 2,000 staff in seven locations across the United States and Canada.
With this acquisition, TRG will more than double its annual revenues to about $125 million and nearly triple its worldwide staff to over 3,000 employees.
This acquisition also makes TRG the largest offshore-controlled call center company in the world, ahead of such established players as India's ICICI OneSource and Wipro Spectramind and the Philippines' eTelecare.-PR
