Petition returned

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has returned the petition filed against interrogation of some nuclear scientists by some foreign agencies.
The petitioner, a member of the LHC Bar Association, M D Tahir contended that the respondent government has allowed the foreign agencies to interrogate nuclear scientists including Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, which is illegal and unconstitutional.
He, therefore, prayed to the court to direct the respondent govt to produce Dr Qadeer before the court.
