Five die of reported 48 dengue patients in KP

PESHAWAR: The Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Friday issued updated report on dengue fever patients in the province. According to the report there were 125 suspected cases reported in which 48 were confirmed.

As per detail 14 were confirmed in Abbottabad , in Haripur 11, Mansehra 10, four in Peshawar, two each in Bannu and Mardan and one each in Lakki Marwat, Batagram, Nowshera, and Khyber Agency.

Five persons have so far died from dengue fever including three in Haripur and one each in Mansehra and Nowshera districts.
