PALLEKELE: Sri Lanka, trailing by 237 runs on the first innings, were 83-1 in their second knock at lunch on the fourth day of the second cricket Test in Pallekele on Sunday.
Tharanga Paranavitana was unbeaten on 33 and Kumar Sangakkara had yet to score.
Australia, hoping to clinch the three-match series after winning the first Test in Galle by 125 runs, declared their first innings at the overnight score of 411-7.
