LONDON: Europe's main stock markets opened lower on Friday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down 0.6 percent at 6,357.42 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 dipped 0.4 percent to 11,277.91 points and the Paris CAC 40 lost 0.6 percent to 4,919.01 compared with Thursday's closing level.
