Nagusa says Pau fan called him a 'monkey'

PARIS: Montpellier's Fiji wing Timoci Nagusa claimed he was called a "monkey" during his side's Top 14 defeat at Pau on Saturday.

"Being called a monkey by a Pau supporter today, that hurts, but I'm sad there's such a weak human being in Pau," said Nagusa on his Twitter account.

Television pictures on Canal+ caught Nagusa involved in a furious dispute with a group of Pau supporters after he was sin-binned in the 30th minute.

Montpellier lost the match 26-16 to the second division champions.
