imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court on Monday sought report from the capital police within three days regarding a missing person, Fahad Sadiq Jadoon a software engineer missing for the last couple of months.

A one-judge bench of Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi heard the petition filed by Muhammad Salik Jadoon who alleged that his son, Fahad Sadiq Jadoon has been missing since March 18, after he left from his office located in G-13/3.

Jadoon maintained before the court that neither the police was registering a case nor helping the family to trace the victim. "The facts and circumstances lead to irresistible conclusion of enforced disappearance," petition argued.

He prayed the court to direct the respondents to recover his son from illegal and unlawful custody and produce before the court.

The police told the court that so far the police have no record and needed more time to find the missing youth.

The court had ordered the Golra police to file a report about the `missing software engineer' in three days and submit report in this regard and adjourned the matter.
