ISLAMABAD: Former senator of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Anwar Beg has resigned from his basic party membership.
Anwar Beg has sent his resignation to Pakistan People’s Party’s secretary general Jahangir Badr and asked him to accept it immediately.
It is worth-mentioning that Anwar Beg had a meeting with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz chief Nawaz Sharif on August 3. The PPP leader of the house in the Senate Syed Nayyer Hussain Bukhari had suspended his basic membership on August 4.
