Published Updated

wapdaISLAMABAD: Officials of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) have launched an operation against defaulters for the recovery of payments.

The supply of electric power to many departments of the Punjab government has been cut, a private news channel reported on Saturday.

Punjab Public Service Commission, Agriculture Department Director General Public Relations, Transport House, Railways officer's flats and Railways Colony are on the hit list.

The departments are defaulters of more than Rs80 million.
