No loadshedding only during Iftar and Sehri timing in Ramazan

ISLAMABAD: A spokesman of the Water and Power Ministry Wednesday clarifying a news item published in a section of the press said that there will be no loadshedding only during the Iftar and Sehri timing in the holy month of Ramazan.

Secretary Water and Power has already told the Standing Committee meeting that there will be no loadshedding only during the Iftar and Sehri time, spokesman added.

A statement attributing to Secretary Water and Power that there will be no loadshedding in the holy month of Ramazan was wrongly attributed, the spokesman further said

He urged the media to confirm the report before filing a story in this regard.

There will be loadshedding according to the supply and demand situation of the electricity in the country, the spokesman added.
