KIEV: Ukrainian sunflower and rapeseed oil producer ViOil plans to raise at least $144 million by selling 28 to 37 percent of its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, ViOil said on Monday.
ViOil plans to price its shares on July 13, it said in a statement.
