ANP announces boycott from on-going parliament session
ISLAMABAD: Central leader of Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Haji Muhammad Adeel on Wednesday announced daily boycott of the on-going session of the Parliament due to discriminatory attitude of the provincial government of Sindh.
Raising the matter in the Upper House of the parliament, Haji Adeel said that the parliamentarians of ANP will daily boycott from both houses of the parliament as its allied party was not addressing their concerns regarding discriminatory attitude with the party in Sindh.
He said that ANP supporters who are working in various departments including Karachi Electric Supply Company and Ports and Shipping are facing hardships due to their affiliation with ANP.
He added their workers in Karachi are also facing cases besides high-handedness. He said that ANP will continue boycott of this session in which budget is being discussed till its allied political party gives them justice.
