SHANGHAI: Chinese shares were flat in Tuesday morning trade as investors continued to fret over slowing domestic economic growth and the potential for further interest rate hikes, dealers said.
The Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, edged down 1.98 points, or 0.07 percent, at 2,726.04.
