LONDON: The dollar fell to a one-month low versus a basket of currencies on Thursday as a string of weak US data continued to weigh heavily on the greenback, and as the euro rose to a one-month high.
The dollar fell to 74.290, its lowest level since May 6, dropping below Wednesday's low of 74.306. The euro, which accounts for over half of the dollar basket, earlier hit a one-month high versus the dollar of $1.4487.
