The official said engineers and SNGPL workers were busy in repair work and gas supply from the rest of the two gas pipelines would be completed by evening.

" Due to prevailing gas supply situation, arising from sabotage activity on gas pipelines, all the gas consumers are requested to utilize the gas only for unavoidable cooking purposes. Space and water heaters must not be used at all times, during this crisis. SNGPL is undertaking its best possible efforts to restore the gas supply at the earliest," the official observed.
