HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares finished the morning session 0.51 percent higher on Monday as dealers continued to look for cheaper plays after recent heavy losses.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 118.50 points to 23,236.57 on turnover of HK$26.78 billion ($4.45 billion).
