KARACHI: Private Schools body has demanded of the provincial government to issue notification regarding summer vacation at the earliest.
The demand came from Chairman of All Private Schools Management Association Sindh, Syed Khalid Shah, here on Thursday.
He appealed to the Chief Minister of Sindh that a notification in this regard be issued at the earliest so that the programme for the summer vacation could be finalized.
It may be recalled that a summary has been forwarded to Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, for summer vacation in the schools not offering Cambridge or O- level education, in July and August rather than usual June and July.
According to Sindh Minister for Education, Pir Mazhar- ul- Haq, a decision in this regard would be made by the Chief Minister.
Pir Mazhar said that the summer vacation in the schools offering Cambridge and O-level education would be observed in June and July.
